2025-2026 BASKETBALL TRYOUT INFORMATION

 

*****GIRLS AND BOYS:  You must have a new PHYSICAL each year in order to try out and play. You have to complete the physical information ONLINE thru the Cobb County Website and the PARENTVUE Login Page. You CANNOT participate until you are cleared in this process. It takes a few days and your parentswill have to be involved with this. Get this started ASAP!!

 

25-26 Pope GIRLS Basketball Tryout Information

 

Tryouts

October 20 and 21 6:15PM-7:30PM

Old Gym

On Wednesday, 10/22, team roster will be on PAC door.

Players that make the team should be prepared to meet at 2:30 Wed afternoon for intro and practice.

We will have 2 teams:  JV and Varsity

Rising 10th, 11th, and 12th graders

Oct 20 and 21 – 6:15-7:45 PM

Rising 9th graders

Oct 20 and 21– 7:45-9:15 PM

New Gym

 

After tryouts, the best players will make varsity, no matter what grade they are in.

We will have 3 teams:   9th Grade, JV, and Varsity
